Terms of Service
1. Definitions
"Service" refers to the No Limits Card platform, including website, mobile app, and payment card. "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Service. "Issuer" refers to the authorized banking partner that issues the card.
2. Acceptance
By using the Service, the User fully accepts these Terms. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.
3. Service Description
No Limits Card offers Visa payment cards linked to cryptocurrency accounts. "No preset limit" means the spending limit is not fixed but depends on available balance and real-time anti-fraud/AML controls. No Limits Card is not a credit institution.
4. Requirements
To use the Service you must: be at least 18 years old, reside in a supported country, complete KYC verification, and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
5. Cashback
The cashback program applies to eligible transactions. Rates vary by category and plan. Some categories are excluded for regulatory reasons. No Limits Card reserves the right to modify rates with 30 days' notice.
6. Fees
Applicable fees are listed on the Pricing page and may vary. Changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Liability
No Limits Card is not liable for: losses arising from improper card use, cryptocurrency value fluctuations, service interruptions caused by third parties, or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. For any disputes, the courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction, subject to consumer forum rules where applicable.
